Adhyatmic Kids is an educational platform designed to help children learn about Indian culture, values, mythology, mindfulness, yoga, devotional practices, and moral teachings through interactive stories, games, quizzes, chants, educational activities, and other engaging experiences. Our Services are intended to encourage learning, creativity, and positive family engagement.

By creating an account, downloading the App, browsing our website, or using any part of our Services, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood these Terms.
• You agree to comply with these Terms.
• You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
• If you are creating an account for a child, you do so as their parent or legal guardian.

The Services are intended for use by families. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for creating and managing accounts for their children. Children may access and use the Services only under the supervision and responsibility of a parent or legal guardian.

By using the Services, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or
• You are the parent or legal guardian of the child using the Services.

Parents and legal guardians are responsible for:

• Supervising their child's use of the Services.

• Reviewing educational content before relying on it for personal decisions.

Parents may create one or more child profiles within their account. Child profiles are intended solely for personalized educational experiences, including:

• Story recommendations
• Game achievements
• Reward tracking
• Educational milestones

Parents are responsible for all information entered into child profiles and may edit or delete profile information at any time.

The Services provide educational content, including but not limited to stories, mythology, shlokas, prayers, chants, yoga activities, mindfulness exercises, quizzes, games, cultural information, moral lessons, and other learning materials.

Our content is intended solely for educational, informational, and entertainment purposes. While we strive to ensure that the information presented is accurate and thoughtfully curated, we do not guarantee that all content will always be complete, current, or free from errors.

Certain features of the Services may use artificial intelligence ("AI"), including our digital learning assistant and interactive educational experiences. AI-generated responses are intended to enhance learning and engagement.

Although we work to improve the accuracy and quality of AI-generated content, such responses may occasionally contain inaccuracies, omissions, or unintended outputs. Users should independently verify important information before relying on AI-generated responses.

Parents are encouraged to supervise children's interactions with AI-powered features. We reserve the right to improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue AI features at any time without prior notice.

The Services may include gamified features such as points, coins, rewards, badges, achievement levels, streaks, leaderboards, mystery boxes, and other virtual recognition systems.

These features are designed solely to encourage engagement and learning. Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Rewards have no monetary value.
• Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Rewards cannot be transferred between users.
• Rewards may expire, reset, or change as part of updates to the Services.

• Subscription billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the terms and policies of the respective app store or payment provider through which the purchase was made.
• We do not store your complete payment card information.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Graphity Technology Private Limited, its directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of laws, or your infringement of third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that:
